Baja California Drenched by Weak Hurricane Paul October 19, 2012

Hurricane Paul can be seen brushing the coast of Baja California on Tuesday afternoon.
Hurricane Paul caused local flooding and isolated wind damage when it skirted the southern coast of Baja California.

The storm briefly reached Category 3 force two days before reaching the Mexican peninsula.

But it was only a minimal hurricane as it curved along the western shores of southern Baja.
