Hurricane Sandy can be seen churning the Atlantic before wreaking catastrophic damage in the Northeast.
Superstorm Sandy left catastrophic damage along the northeastern coast of the United States from which it will take at least months to recover.

More than 120 people perished in storm related accidents from Haiti and Cuba to eastern parts of the United States and Canada.

Early estimates indicate the total economic damage from the sueprstorm could reach as high as $50 billion.
